Executive & Leader Coaching, Accountability Planning

The challenge:

Our client was experiencing a period of dramatic change and reported varying levels of engagement across the leadership team and a lack of focus on key deliverables. No defined PDPs or Personal Action Plans were in place. Client had a very limited budget and window of opportunity to ensure plans in place prior to summer recess.

The solution:

We developed and delivered a customized multi-level coaching program for senior leaders in a range of roles within the college, using the client defined 360 assessment tool.

The Outcome:

In addition to specific development areas for each individual, the coaching program addressed a number of generic areas, such as; accountability, communication, change navigation and organizational alignment.  Personal Development Plans were created and introduced for all participants and Personal Accountability and Purpose Agreements were introduced and established as Business As Usual.  Finally, detailed Business Goal Action Plans established for all leaders and their teams.
