Leader Coaching

The challenge:

Following a rigorous selection process, we were invited to provide a fixed term coaching program to a senior leader within the organization’s legal team. The individual was struggling to build relationships with a number of his senior peers and, as a result, get involved at an early enough stage of new contractual negotiations to add value, identify potential pitfalls and facilitate the sales contracting process.

The solution:

We developed a customized multi-level coaching program using the LEA 360 leadership behavioral assessment tool. In addition to individual needs identified through the 360 process, coaching also focused on specific needs including; accountability, communication and stakeholder engagement.

The Outcome:

Created and implemented a personalized Leader Development Plan, Personal Accountability and Purpose Agreements.

Facilitated the development of a structured Stakeholder Engagement action plan.

The leader has increasingly been invited for early stage involvement on new contract negotiations.
