Leader Effectiveness & Behavioral Profiling, Executive Coaching

The challenge:

Part of a cross-ministry leadership development program, we conducted a Leadership Effectiveness Analysis exercise for nominated individuals, prior to providing a person-specific coaching program to address behavioral risk areas. Budgetary constraints meant that cross-ministry group interpretative feedback facilitation was required.

The solution:

We conducted behavioral profiling assessment using MRG’s Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 tool and facilitated group feedback to leaders from multiple provincial government ministries. We then developed a customized coaching program for Executive Director level leaders.

In addition to individual needs identified through the 360 process, coaching focused on; change navigation, accountability, communication and stakeholder engagement.

The Outcome:

Personalized coaching plans developed and delivered.

Personalized Leadership Development Plan, Personal Accountability and Purpose Agreements created for all participants.

All individuals coached to successful plan completion.
